About me

My name is Agnieszka and I’m a physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience, dedicated to helping people overcome pain, recover from injuries, and break free from physical limitations. My passion for physiotherapy comes from witnessing the transformation in my patients - the moment they regain movement, confidence, and a pain-free life. After experiencing back pain myself following childbirth, I deeply understand the frustration and struggle it brings. That’s why I created a rehabilitation program designed to eliminate back pain, restore strength, and bring balance back to the body - so you can move freely and live fully again.

An Excellent and Insightful Program for Anyone with Back Pain or a Sedentary Lifestyle" I recently completed the Back Pain Solution 4-week program and was genuinely impressed by how well-developed and informative it was. The video demonstrations were especially helpful - each movement was shown in detail and explained thoroughly, making it easy to follow along and understand the purpose behind every exercise. It was very informative, very well shown practically - throught exercises. On a personal note, it's a pity it was not in Polish as I would have immediately reccomended it to my dad who does not speak English :)
